Processing time
Most items are created after your order is placed. Production usually takes 2-5 business days before the order ships. During busy seasons, production may take longer.

Shipping time
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-8 business days after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Personalized orders
Personalized items are made specifically for you. Please double-check names, spelling, photos, and custom details before submitting your order. If we need a pet photo or personalization details, please send them as soon as possible so your order is not delayed.

Returns and exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, wrong personalization details, or change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and work with our production partner to make it right when eligible.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders may enter production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
